1. Services & Session Structure

• Tutoring is offered in 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120-minute blocks. Sessions cannot be split unless approved in writing.

• Session packages are delivered online (Google Meet or Zoom) and scheduled using Google Calendar.

• Materials, learning plans, and feedback reports are shared via WhatsApp with the parent and/or student.

2. Fees & Payments

• The standard hourly rate is AED 150.

• All packages must be paid in full in advance. Bookings are not confirmed without payment.

• Each monthly package is valid for 4 weeks from the first session date.

3. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Expiry

3.1 By the Guardian / Student:

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 4 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

• Rescheduled sessions must take place within 7 days of the original date.

• Missed sessions (no-show after 15 minutes without notice) will be counted in full.

• Late arrivals do not entitle students to session extensions.

• Cancellation without notice results in full session deduction.

• Written notice is required 1 month in advance to terminate monthly services. If not provided, an AED 200 early cancellation fee applies.

• No refunds are issued for unused sessions if a student terminates early.

3.2 By the Tutor:

• The tutor may reschedule in case of illness, emergency, or conflict.

• If a session is rescheduled by the tutor, it must be completed within 7 days.

• If the tutor is late or ends a session early, the time will be compensated in that or the following session.

• Refunds for any unused sessions will be issued only if the tutor withdraws or is unable to complete the booked package.

4. Confidentiality, Safety & Legal Terms

4.1 Jurisdiction:

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

4.2 Data Protection:

All student data, session notes, and progress records are kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes.

4.3 Online Safety:

For students under 18, a responsible adult is recommended to be nearby during sessions. Lessons must take place in a quiet, suitable learning environment.

4.4 Communication:

Succoury Tutors uses WhatsApp and email for all official updates, bookings, and feedback.

4.5 Ownership of Materials:

All session content, learning plans, and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Succoury Tutors and may not be redistributed without written permission.

4.6 Force Majeure:

Neither party is liable for delays due to emergencies, illness, internet outages, or events beyond reasonable control.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services or submitting your information through this website, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, and may be required to sign a formal agreement before paid sessions begin.
